when your working on your music, disconnect from the net of possible, if your disconnected, also stop your firewall and anti virus programs.

but only do this if you can disconnect from the net, and dont forget to start them again before you reconnect.

also shut down any programs such as messangers etc.

have you checked your soundcard settings to makes ure nothings changed there
