    whatever.. it's been mentioned a 1000 times. maybe not here. i forget.
    yeah the link is everywhere i know.
    as to why, just because that's his preference. and there is some (very minor) attempt at keeping the traffic under control by only distributing the direct link to mailing list folks.
    yes, that ends up being a fantasy.
