Default Does this have too much bass?

Aside from the fact it doesn't do a lot I'm trying to create better bass sounds on the tunes I make. Is this right?

It depends on what effect you are going for.
For a kicky oompah bass.. its not bad.. def works.
But, If you are trying to go for super subby... then it's not enough bass...
It didn't make my sub do much.

One trick when trying to go for this type of kick->bassline sort of effect is to layer yet another chunky hard sub under it all... the kicks don't generate enough sub to be able to be emphasized well with the effects you are using on it...

That's how I do mine at least.. when I want that effect
