for me anything from 135 to 145, depending on the mood, and the type of tracks that im playing.

Yep, I'd go for that too although I've found myself at 150+ by the end of some particularly good nights.

When I writing tracks I usually stick to about 135, which is a c.unt coz most of my loops are at 140.
