Yeah, but then again so has the glenn wilson tools and tribal techno. It's the same arguement on any side of the techno spectrum. My question is, what is anyone on here trying to do to bring all those elements together? To be honest, I haven't heard a completely "fresh" sounding record since '99, but I've come across a lot of great music. It's kind of funny, I remember around that time period including 2000, everyone was bitching about swedish techno and how the trend was so horrible. Now people are pissed because Beyer and co. are doing pseudo-minimal stuff now. People will always complain no matter what is popular.

Sitting on the forums, bickering about the past, and shunning trends is going to make everyone dinosaurs.
