im trying to incorporate some vocals into some non-techno related tracks and was wondering what a decent mic would be. Nothing crazy, nothing over the top. Its mainly for a home-studio use that will be recorded in cubase thru a Motu 828 Audio Interface.

M-Audio Luna.
About a hundred quid, and a fantastic vintage sound that compares to stuff 3 or 4 times the price.
Either that or the good old sm58Solitary by nature.
Isolation is the gift.
