I agree mate alot of people do go to nights for the wrong reasons but so did I to start with ie I went there to get off my head and to loose myself for 6 hours.....I didn't care what the music was. But that changed and music has become a essential part of my life. There are knob heads at both underground and commercial nights...you can't judge a person on there style of music things aren't that clear cut. Don't get me wrong I hate some corporate clubs like Godskitchen (spit)they are just in it for the money and pay people to tell them what is in fashion. They handed out free VIP passes in my queue at NEO on my first night and or that I will never forgive them. They are poisonous to the scene and are concerned about one thing $$$$$$$$.
With hardstyle becoming more commercial it would bring more money to the artists and allow new artists to produce music and enter the scene. It might even allow underground nights who have been playing hardstyle for the last two years (Cypher) to actually make some money.
Tiddlypeep > Defcon sounds awesome....I might see ya there next year.
Am off to Masters of Hardore in November first though
