Joe Cole was class tonight, he has improved so much over the last couple of seasons.

we played well .. cole was class hes got to be in the 1st 11 nuff said !! missed lampard and gerrard in the middle tho
but the 2 in did a good job ..

Yeah Defo missed Lampard but it is good that Carrick got 90 mins at International level for some experience and he played well.
Thought Ferdinand was shaky at times think I would prefere Ledley there ahead of Ferdinand.

ferdinand was clumsey made 2 mistakes that might of been costly if it was a better side we were facing. he has 2 be dropped imo

carrick had a good game, kept in simple he should have a place in the 23 now!!!
bent done ok, didnt really get much of a chance..........

Thing is though. Crouch has never been known for being a big goal scorer & wasnt bought coz he was gonna hammer goals in week in week out & lets face it he's never likely to (unfortunatley). Beattie on the other hand is supposed to of been a hitman on the verge of gettin into the england squad, your main fukin goalscorer. Hmmmmm
He's ****in crud. Plus he's only scored 1 more them him in all competitions. I know who id be more worried about.

I'd take Crouch over Beatie anyday and i'm usually biased with Everton when it comes to Liverpool but come on its plane to see that Crouch is a decent player that can offer us something different.
