got a good few m8z who are producing stuff in reason
but refuse to sequence anything, they tend to just jam
stuff live and play it out @ free parties and the likes ;)

i have a couple o sets but no where to host....

sounds interesting.. whats their reason (unintentional pun! haha) for not sequencing?

Man, it's really been awhile since I've completed a hardcore track. This is a recording off the board of the last one I was working on that isn't anywhere near done (needs a lot of finishing touches, mastering, etc. but the basic structure is there. It's a toungue and cheek throwback to the old sound.

This one's kinda in the same boat completion wise. Probably gonna add vocals to it. More on the techno tip though. Crank it loud enough and, if your speakers can handle it, the bass will blow wind at you.

This one's complete and is more of an acidcore thing.

Trust me.. me & alot of my mates hate 'sequencing' per say. I'm a guitarist and thank **** 'sequencing' has no part to play when I shred it up ;) . Its just a direct connection from my brian to my hands to the instrument. No clicking no cathode ray tubes just *NOTES*

I should post something up that we do.. complete ad-lib liveset 3/4 of us going nuts on machines MPC/Reakotor/RS + mikes & guitars.

Anyway I appreciate people who like using a PC for all their creations. But its suck for me.. my method is.. make patterns - play live with machines for 10 mins- record MIDI - fix it a bit - bounce to audio & clean it up a bit.

    I HATE SCREENS!!
