Dude, very nice. Love that samba loop you're using, and I dunno how you've done it, but the rides sparkle gorgeously. Acidish bassline is wicked, but I think it could do with a little more resonance to get it a little bitier. Chords work a treat, but I'd suggest they be pushed forward a tick.

cheers m8. wanted to keep the 303 low and bubbly. too much resonance and it'll turn into an acid track which i dont want. i agree with you about the chord stabs... but i cant bloody get them up front without taking the chorus off which i dont wanna do!!! anyone any ideas? they're already compressed to fvck and brought up again...

Production sounds tight. Reminds me of Rowland old stuff, circa 99. like it.

    Go on mate
I had a party on my own to this.
    Ass shaking bass and percs.
    Love the first synth.
Nice little first break, dont realy dig the vocal but thats my taste, seems you have none (baboom tish im so funny)
Nice production, nice mixdown, baybe the kick and bass could stand out a bit more but maybe not cause it might change the mixdown you have.
    Realy digging the rides too.
Concerning the wanting the pads to stick out a bit more but not wanting to back off on the chorus.
How about you just put the chorus in a bus as a send and then use it that way.
Or duplicate the track, take the chorus off the new track, find the freq that makes it poke out of the mix and filter out the rest then mix the two.

    Oh and get a shave

    supp dude,
ok what struck me straight away was the solid dirty sound, it sounded like a vinyl playing, excellent..

i mirror what i think other people were saying about mabey the percussion drowning out the stabs n synths..?? would like to hear them as raw as the percussion..again taste...

Now i do have a problem with this style of techno, your's is alot more interesting but in general i dont dig the hard tribal tech sound and then ****ing a bass on top of it, as i said your's is more interesting but it was along those lines, again its probably taste..

    Overall : Nice ;)

i dont get you? the bass aint fvcked over the top?! the bass was actually written second after the synths... but you're right about the synth stabs.. they're wreckin my head.

what i mean is that there are alot of tracks similar which lets say have a tribal tech loop & kick for a good whilst then a bass is thrown on top, as i said your track is alot more interesting than that, but it is in that family...its really just taste baz i wreckon..
    hope you dont take offence

no mate no offence taken.. differance of opinion and taste makes the world go round (or is that money??? ah well) ... just wondered what you meant. as i said in the first post. this track aint gonna break any boundries.. just techno for techno's sake :)

love it. really good party tune. the 303 part is great as it is. i would leave the filter mostly shut. bass could maybe use some warming up.

im loving this, hip hop samples have been done to death, but they do work on the floor, which this tune is aimed at, so leave it in, plus you don't over use it too much.

i love the rides, nice analogue feel about them
