Sorry guys, I've been on holiday.

And cause I'm such a lazy assed ass, I forgot to upload last weeks BOA show.

OK I'm doing it right now for the d/l section. Podcast is updated already.

totally. it was nuts. on the 3rd day went on some mad 5 mile hike, then got pissed and decided to go on another. by the end of it ended up totally lost and had to find our way via compass and map. what a load of shit! has anyone here tried to read a map and compass pissed?>>!!!!!!??!!

nearly killed ourselves. dunno how the hell we found our way back home but thank god i am here now :lol:
