i decided to make something really hard... this is the result. id love to know what you guys think as i really have no hardstyle to compare it to...

to listen, just go to: http://www.soundclick.com/bands/7/mantraukmusic.htm

and click "play hi-fi" next to the track "conspiracy theory"

    cheers then.

Hmm? :? It's good Log, but you have so much talent in the trance department and i look forward to your productions so much that this somehow managed to be below par for me. Sorry geez! :|

    I'm really impressed!

Lately I find myself sifting through loads and loads of tracks that I don't like, and rarely finding things to buy - if I found this, i'd buy it for sure!

Personally I wouldn't really call this hardstyle per se, i'd label it more hard trance (not that it matters that much).

If I were you, I would try to get this pressed, seriously...

i love this track mate! but yeah id agree with voorheez, defo more on the hard trance tip. love that little acid noise running through the tune, adds something to it. this tune has a real montorsi-ish vibe about it...noice!

Sequence is coming. It's going throughout your imagination. It takes you where you've been before. A higher state of mind. Yeah, you remember the early times. Now were trying to take you again. In the deepest seas of your consciousness.....Time never stops

im afraid the only cast iron tip i can give is tweak stuff, like the position of the actual note, cos it doesnt necessarily want to be bang on the off-beat... then tweak some more... then some more. then have some lunch, maybe watch quincy, then tweak it some more. and compress em together too. i sometimes use a waves l2 on the kick and bass channel aswell.
