KICK THE DRUM 006 - 'Hotel Hunt EP'

A1) Get Some – Distek
Serious funky beats from the main man Distek as he presents a catchy vocal driven style groover with some nifty drops and well arranged edits. It progresses nicely through the track then drops into a smooth funky rolling bassline with an old skool ravey synth ripping through, definitely one of the best from Distek so far…

B1) The Evidence – Distek & A.P.
A no nonsense percussive workout here from Distek & A.P., from start to finish this track chugs away displaying an array of clever edits and prominent rhythmic stabs. This is an extremely European influenced track with plenty of funk and chunky grooves goin on!

B2) In This Place – Distek
Well arranged and intelligent vocal editing is the feature in this track giving it a fruity energetic feel all fused together with some crazy distorted percussion and a pounding kick drum making this track a winner for sure. Great production once again showing why Distek is one of the hottest new producers to hit the underground circuit!
