One of my mates has been going on about this tune for quite a while now, i think he said he heard it on a Hellraiser DVD?

Its a womans vocal saying....

"I like to watch"
"What are you afraid of?!"

and then theres a high whistle before the beat kicks.

anyone got an idea of the track in question?
It'll shut my mate up for a while anyway.
