Ahoy

I've been remastering a classic OLD Chemical Bros mix tape my friend found, and have had allot of luck cleaning it up so far using the Waves Restoration plugins, but unfortunately the beginning is beyond my skills to fix.

I was wondering if anybody knows of tools to reduce phasing caused by tape stretching.
