Default Question - Batch file conversion

I`m looking for some way of converting a whole bunch of 8 bit samples, to 16 bit in one go.
    Anyone know of a way?

i think, this can be done in SoundForge aswel. I dont how it is in there, but deffinitely some kind of BatchProccess tool needs to be there. It should be called Converter or something like that and also can be as a separate SoudnForge tool.

just select the folder with the files in then go to save options and choose the file properties you want.
