Default Help needed with making a CD from Image file.

I posted a queery a few months back about getting my free copy of Rebirth to open. Being the mongo that I am, I didn't realise you had to burn the disc using a slightly different method from normal (with nero)

The thing is, I've finally sussed out how to create the image file and I've got that in a folder on the desktop. This may sound dumb, but how the F**K do I get this file from the desktop onto a CD that will boot up on my pc. I'm using nero and I can't f**king suss out how to do this. I just copied it onto a disc the normal way but when I put it in the drive hoping to install Rebirth, it don't work!!

Any help would be much appreciated.
