well, i know that in cases where several artists have the same name, and the UK act puts out music later, the uk act gets a "uk" stuck on theirs when sold in the US, i.e. The Chameleons UK. i think this is only an issue if you are publishing and/or releasing records in the US though, and otherwise i don't think you have any legal recourse, though i could be wrong...Originally Posted by dodgyedgy
