try sampling tr909 kick or just eq your kick in da track tight extract it as individual track, reverse eqing on kick so it doesnt clutter and maybe put some nice delay but not to much. that worx for moi. :

i like using the roland tb-303 for bassline w/ a lpf on it.
yer..have been playing round with reverse kicks..came up with a nice funky number!..keep ya eyes peeled in the record stores for that 1..just been playing with lpf and low shelf...its a sound that u dont hear unless your playin it on a pa...im doing most of me stuff in fruity studio..so any clues?
