Default Whats the easiest way to change the bpm of a WAV?

Decided to try and group all my mp3s into bpm groups of 130, 135 & 140.

What would be the easiest way to achieve this?

    Ableton? Acid? Soundforge?

I don't even need to time stretch it, just pitch it up.

Sure there's a better way than just pitching it up using a turntable... which will be my last resort.

    Cheers peoples

ableton is pretty good, although i usually load it into my sampler and pitch it to the right bpm, saves opening up another program
