right, first of all let's clear one thing up - i've been drinking ;) lol

believe it or not mate, i have a plan. but i've been so distracted with this site, the new album, the techno stuff and my bookings, plus all the other shit, i just haven't got round to it.

i've been thinking about it for the last 6 months. i do love the stuff around at the moment for sure, but there is a sound that hard trance/hardstyle needs i can see that. i can hear it in my head, but it just isn't out there in the force it needs to be. but the onyl real way you're ever gonna make a difference is to focus in the studio and make a buz on a certain style - so much so, it becomes a style of it's own. uberdruck did this, overdose, god so have many others. you make a label, you make loads of psuedonyms and you make people talk.

i just don't know if i can do that right now. you say techno is my first love - well it is BUT these days i look at my life as a whole and see the great things in all the music i play/have played. i love it all. i would definitely like to contribute more to hard trance in production and IT WILL COME I PROMISE YOU. but i think you have to focus (which i have done with techno production) to learn the essentials. i'm getting there - but if i'm being honest with myself i have to make it to the point where i understand production so well that i can make any style in the same way but just by changing the way i program (if you're a producer, you will know what i'm saying hehe)

Thanks for the great post mate. Really got me excited about getting to the end of this particular tunnel.

    Respect
