    Default *SMITTEN IS DEAD*

Has anyone got anymore information on this new label that is starting soon? All I know so far is that 10 classic tracks from Smitten (RIP  ) are being re-released with a brand new remix on the flip side. Anyone know when the first one is coming out? Henry, are you going to be doing any of the remixes at all? Any information on Smitten is Dead would be great! ;) Ah! Smitten...What a wicked label it was. Respect to Steve, and everyone who worked on the label over the years!

Cant wait for those to come out, Smitten was a mighty fine label and to hear some remixes of various classics will be very nice.

very many good ones, the label that first got me into acid techno.some of the best in my opinion are:

    geezer - bubblerap
    geezer & android - nova
punk floyd - 3 day illegal rave party from hell
dave the drummer - what you need
    geezer - shut up

    that sounds nice :)

that tune is great, but the one i really meant was floyd as **** for the y2k
i see that one as really an anthem, and many people i played it for, who arent into techno at all, likes it
i think with todays skills it could sound a lot better too

yeah i think so too, i can listen at some of those old tracks, really see the potential, but then some too standrd beats(but fresh at the time!) ruin it, or a too simple bassline, or other things

but there were also a lot of bad ones on smitten, but the good releases made up for it as a whole
