Yeah I've just been checking out Novation Bass Station... isn't it a analogue synth simulator?

    a good one at that.

novation v station - very phat sounding device. good for deeper sounds and phatty basslines. i guess it could work well for trance.

yes mate it emulates the NOvation Bass Station, a hardware bass synth from early 90's

Aren't the bass station and the v station very similar anyway? I heard there wasn't much you can do on the bass station that you couldn't do on the v station...

Not sure if any of you've used these yet, but these are the 2 newish ones I've been playing with lately:

check out the z3ta+ from RGC audio
    http://www.rgcaudio.com/z3ta+.htm
huge, 6 oscillator synth, including a multisaws waveform for super-phat synths...

Also, the LinPlug Albino is pretty sweet as well
    http://www.linplug.com/Products/Albino/albino.htm
really nice filters on this one...

    enjoy...

I Know I'm into techno and always check this 1 aswell... there is a saying over here that goes... "knowledge doesn't take space" :)
