    Goalkeepers:
    Robinson (Tottenham), Kirkland (Liverpool), Foster (Man Utd).

    Defenders:
    Bridge (Chelsea), Brown (Man Utd), Carragher (Liverpool), A Cole (Arsenal), Dawson (Tottenham), Ferdinand (Man Utd), G Neville (Man Utd), P Neville (Everton), Terry (capt, Chelsea), Young (Charlton).

    Midfielders:
    Downing (Middlesbrough), Gerrard (Liverpool), Hargreaves (Bayern Munich), Jenas (Tottenham), Lampard (Chelsea), Lennon (Tottenham), Richardson (Man Utd), Wright-Phillips (Chelsea).

    Strikers:
    Ashton (West Ham), Bent (Charlton), Crouch (Liverpool), Defoe (Tottenham).

    Not a bad fresh looking squad(except Phil Neville) should be a good chance now for Lennon and co to cement their place.

    It is only a friendly so I don't mind him trying new players.

    Will be interesting though when a competitive game comes along who he picks.

    hahaa aww no arsenal young superstars so pick at utd pfft get a grip .... think who the england maneger is and who he worked with for years .. .. its only foster and brown who have been picked who wernt in svens squads ...

    Yeah defo although we don't have many other options at the moment, think we are struggling badle as a nation with Strikers.

    Think he should of started Lennon on the Right, Gerrard will do well there but I would prefer him in the middle.

    To be fair apart from Beckham missing the other changes have been forced upon him by injuries and suspensions.
