I like some of the ideas you've got goin on there, but it does get a bit 'busy' at times.
Maybe, strip it down a bit and concentrate on getting 'fewer' things working together and maybe change the structure a bit. Try and keep thing a bit simpler ;) if you're using ableton, have a go at triggering the loops a bit differently and try and get your own groove going with it. remember, sometimes, Less is more

I dont know fruity loops at all, but i'm sure you could apply the same ideas.
