Soundproofing?!?

hi guys,

am moving house this week and have got a nice attic space in the new house to use as a studio. However as it is a mid terrace house i am gonna be well concious of how much noise i can make and will want to be soundproofing it (to some extent).

Has anyone got any good advice or links that might help me out??
