    Default Ultimate Hardman

Something that has been said in another thread had me thinking.

Who is the games hardest player? This includes olden days aswell.

Know some names i think would be norman hunter, mark dennis, terry hurlock, vinnie jones, neil ruddock, gentile (juve nutter) to name a few

Essien and Khalid! I think Lauren must be our current hardest player, not that that's saying much of course, but he's pretty hard.

Bollocks - Keano would eat him alive!!!

As for ultimate hardmen - Mark Dennis, Vinny Jones, Keano get my vote.

Incidentally - I once had a few coaching sessions with Mark Dennis - was a big influence on my game as an young teenager, then tried to model my game on Vinny and Keano as got older - though I never had the ability to make it beyond the pub leagues - until got involved in a silly tackle and smashed my shin when I was about 21 and have barely played since!!!

Got to be Gilles Grimandi! The way he gave Simeone a crafty uppercut during a set play was pure quality!
