    Sexyback has a 4/4.. how many crunk or hip hop or rap records feature a 4/4 ? not very many.

    ahm... BT was Sasha's prodigal son was he not lol

    he was always trance/prog/cheese.. i liked a few earlier trax, but thats it. Faming June was epic cheeser trance imo. quality epic cheeser trance, but epic cheeser trance noe the less ;)

    Thing is, in the mid 90's epic cheeser trance wasn't necessarily that cheesy.

    right then.. ahm.. i'm obviously listening to some obscure break based hip hop.. that has.. uhm.. not.. 4/4.. like.. not like house or techno.. or trance.. or uhm.. anything.. 4/4..

    not only is sexy back a good song
    but it's far from crunk
    or the dance called krumpin' with the clowns.
    i would define this as house ish with that timbaland appeal

    when describing a straightbeat, say its straightbeat. when its not, its broken beat.
