My mate was telling me that if you go with the national airline of the Eastern European country you are going to then you can fly on a ramshackle airline dirt cheap - apparently he did that when he had a gig in Poland and got flight for £21.

So would it not be cheapest to go with Serbia's national airline from the UK because of the exchange rate?
