problem with power save mode

heeeeeeeeeeelp!!!
my monitor goes off when i work on it. and says IN POWER SAVE MODE.PRESS ANY BUTTON OR MOUSE. i tried settings in panel control but nothink. monitor is set on NEVER(power save mode). it usualy happens when ive got 2 or more softwares on.for example when converting something and work on somethink else by the same time.i have to use RESET button get my pc back, but even straight after when is back it happens sometimes as well. i leave pc off for several minutes and system is back afterwoods normaly.but it carry on every day which pissing me off.ive not idea what all this is about.
please advice

is there any settings in your bios ?

what kind of settings do u mean???

when you first turn your pc on, it will say press a certain button to enter setup, press what it says, then look if there's any energy or power saving settings anywhere, i doubt there is but you never know
