Default Using vinyl and ableton live?

Im interested in adding ableton live to my setup as now i want to dj my mp3s alongside my vinyl but how easy is it to beatmatch with ableton. Ive heard people say that it beatmatches for you when mixing two tracks in the program itself but is it tricky adjusting the tempo in the program to match a track thats playing on a turntable?

You can jog/nudge the tempo using a midi controller.. or you can get something like a red sound microsync to sync the midi clock to the audio bpm.

i use a fader on my uc33 to control tempo. set about a 10-15 bpm range (say 130-145) and there you go. just like a deck, but the other way around (unless theres a way to reverse the fader so its the same way round as a 1210)
