- there is also younger peeps in clubs who havent heard some of the older tunes b4 , someone asked me the other week if a tune I had just played was out yet and it was a 98'er

for dj's like myself who are unkown , its not possible to play all the latest tunes , if you are warming up / on before big names who will end up playing the same sort of stuff

quite an intresting topic really , I guess it depends on the situation ur in, and I would guess everyones situ is different

plus it's always nice to drop classic tunes.... :lol: :clap:

sorry to drag up an old post guys ;) :lol: but this really is a good topic
i agree at times its great to drop a classic for example recently i saw rogrieguiz play at xspoure he droped hennes n cold- the second trip and it stormed before hand tho will gold had been playin mostly test presses from gas so at that point in the nite a classics was well recieved .
I think what really matters is that the dj reads the crowd well sum crowds wont respond to well to to many anthems others respond better with them
