i used to have a problem with the name, now i don't. you move on....

it's basically hard, fast techno but on a 1 bar loop with anything from pop to hardcore thrown over the top. not the original ethos of techno to many, but hey, inner city put pop lyics over techno in the 80's and ppl still call that techno. and it is imho..

check out the sven wittekind or robert natus for good examples. but there's a new breed too, and it seems to developing quick, just like the likes of C-Tank did in the 90's. i'm particularly liking Switchblade at the mo, you should check their stuff out for sure...

thanks guys for Nearly clearing that up for me. :P

At least I have an idea now , I think.

I guess from the explanations given I may like it so I will hunt down some of this stuff and give it a go . I suppose I was wary of trying it cause of all the slating its got on this board on previous threads. But I should have learnt by now to trust my ears and not take as gospel all that is written on the internet.

    If anybody cares to know
Although I have not Dj'd for 7 years now I still love my Techno/Electro, keep the music alive people.
