but
imo it's the weakest of all his lp's

Nah, "Further Design" is the weakest - it's sounds more dated now and noticeably Millsy in comparison to the others ("Circuit" was pretty Mills like too actually though).

"Point 2" and "Into Submission" have largely their own character, and are a step above the others in my opinion.
