Nah Asylum, I'm pretty sure that Sharkey doesn't MC on any of the set. It's this MC with like a mad kind of squeaky sounding voice, like, "With the DJ Ramos, Hardcore set, Concentrate" I know that's hardly a lot to go on, but I've got no idea who the MC is.

As for the tune, I'm not sure if it's the same one your talking about. The sample just has this like rap, looped, over and over again, says something about, "Smoking Brown like a Scot smoking Crack",,,,,something mad like that.
