"power""ppppp power" "ppppp power".. 1995 hard trance/ tech

Dont have a clip of this unfortunately...

it started with this sample quite slow then kicked off to like a acidy,bouncy tecno track.

Its quite a storming hard tecno/trancer from 1995 ish...

Any ideas will be much appreciated. Its not the kk project ep but has a very similar sample.

Long shot i know but help is needed!!!
