Default Hardstyle!!! wat is the future?

Dont get me wrong guys, i love me hardstyle!!!

But lately, i have found it extremely hard too find the same kinda quality that excited me the same way it did, when i first found this sound?

Anyone also read mixmag this month? Cally and juice or mixmag, watever... were sayin that scot projects - second trip had basically invented hardstyle?? Whats ur thoughs?

Also, just the plain fact that mixmag were slavering a lot of gash about hardstyle, making references too scot project and Yoji, not a single mention out there for the likes of technoboy and the countless italians, german and dutch pioneering the sound?

    Whats up guys...

..........not sure bout the Cally & Juice abuse...........they're defo my fav Uk djs right now....really are on fire - they dj with such a party vibe like no other dj............but ur right....it is only recently they've started hitting the hardstyle....and if u actually talk to em they'd admit it too - but they're style really does compliment hardstyle........Cally having some of the best skills of any hard dj

    - that mixmag interview ain't no-where near accurate.........and do think they missed most of the point of hardstyle.........for defo........
    I'd blame the journalist

but good on the C&J boys for really doing the biz right now and getting credit for it though!!!

I have been up and down with hardstyle at the moment, when i go shopping for records i usally go through about 15-20 hardstyle tunes before i find 1 that i like. Well, i like a lot of them but they either sound the same as the next one or are totally crap.

But when i do find 1 i like it puts my faith back into hardstyle.

I think its a really good sound and hope the commercial side doesnt take over and ruin it.

I dont think scot project invented hardstyle, i think he helped tho..

what does annoy me is the lack of respect that mzone gets and then people like cally and juice take all the credit.

Mzone has always been the 1st dj to bring a new sound to england, I dont think many people realise how important mzone has been to influence your vinyl purchases over the years.

Aye - it was criminal that MZone didn't get a decent mention.............

Don't know exactly how much C&J took the credit........or the journalist just painted it on em as they r getin really big at the mo with Mixmag style clubbin - favs at Fabric, awesome set at creamfields - just signed to Nukleuz (hope that don't mean they gotta play the awful Nuk black tunes ;) )...........................

Don't think it should warrant em gettin slated.............

i think they are very overrated, and to be honest, i laughed when i read the mixmag article. 3 fu*king pages?! when they were supposed to interview DJ The Crow & Mark EG about hardstyle they had 3 sentences tops! complete and utter bollocks.

I think them mentioning about Scott Projects second trip,( i thought he did the remix and it was Hennes and Colds track ), invented hardstyle is uter bollox. If you look at it that way then you might as well thank hennes and cold for the simple fact that its the bassline they created that is getting battered in the hardstyle scene.

Si > you got it wrong mate...that article wasn't about The Crow or Mark it was an article about my night in Birmingham called NEO...we had The Crow and Yoji Biomehanika playing. Mark is a resident of the bigger hardtstyle events that we run. Mixmag managed to hash a bad article together whih was done in the perspective of some Sundissential kids going to a hardcore event (yes they thought it was just hardcore event with a line up like that!!!! ) . They confused hardstyle and hardcore together in one article and managed to brand it all as one. This caused a lot of shit as I'm sure most of you know.
