Don't forget Arsenal are hardly big spenders, teams with class don't have to throw loads of money around, there's other ways. Teams should spend within their natural resources, you have to take the rough with the smooth... Arsenal were beaten by relegation fodder recently, then we thump Liverpool at 'fortress' Anfield twice in 3 days!
