Personally for me, hardtrance and hardstyle together is the only way to go imo.

AArrrggghhhhh! One of my pet hates.

I just can't understand why DJ's play at +8. IMO if it was ment to be played at this speed then the producer would have made it at this speed.

I always think that if I was listening to a DJ playing my records at +8 I'd think wikkid he's playing my track, but he's playing it far too fast.

I think thats why when record producers play DJ sets on the whole they play it so much slower (as close to the speed it was produced at as possible). Especially Hardstyle it just sounds like Hard House when played fast so anything we can do to push away from that the better.

We've adopted a "Hard not Fast" slogan at Religion and its working so well for us.

Fair play but I was brought up on a solid regime of listening to music faster than it should be and sounds have a certain more energy to them if you speed them up in my honest opinion!!! :)

IMO hardly any type of music is ment to be played fatser than the speed it was produced, hence why it was produced at that speed.

IMO Hardstlye sounds much more appealing when slowed down. You get much more of a deep thump and it makes it easier to dance too. Otherwise it sounds to close to UK Hard House for my liking.

I know wot your saying Louk and I like the way you keeping you music the way you were brought up on it. Respect.

If you finding that you need to speed tunes up to gain more energy then maybe its the wrong muisc. Just my opinion.
