    Default IQ - Random old school thing

    Hi all, first thing ive done on my new setup. Was just a production project really,, so it isnt perfect by any means.

    blast from the past this one, which is great:)

    the kicks really over powering though and sounds a tad muddy.

    Your probably right about that mate. Still trying to get used to these new mons... I'll see if i can re-address that.

    Had a listen and forgot to comment. Goes nicely oldschool later on in the track!

    Arrangement is already pretty cool, indeed.

    I agree that the kicks sound a little muffled, like there's a (heavy) lowpass over them. Try and fling a different, clearer kick in there and you'll have a very nice track there.

    Like this mate...already been mentioned regarding the kick, but other than that its all good. nice work..

    Hi IQ i think i know you i am a mate of Devito's,you need some serious compression on your kick you can get the punch of the kick which is the begining of the kick louder than the second have of the kick which is the sub part by moving your attack untill you got it sounding right,nice work mate...Monty...
