    Default k front mix

what can i say mate
tight mixing but i dont need to tell you that, you is good mate.

i've heard a shit load of hardstyles cds and not one of em is better than this, big up the man.

hardstyle of late has come a tad boring for me, but this makes me think i might be wrong, normally by the end of harstlye mix im normally get bored of repetive sound syndrome, this didnt happen this time, super track selection.

this cd is hard as f*#k

i dare any harsdstyle dj out there to come up with better than this. THIS IS THE BEST HARDSTYLE CD IVE EVER HEARD FACT

    thanx KFRONT

I had a listen last night I thought it was pretty good.

If you want some constructive critcism, I didn't like the 'Ready 2 Rumble' intro, I don't think it really worked too well, the first track that comes in probably would have sounded better to start with on it's own, in my opinion. The first mix (2-3) is awesome, works really well, and the next few mixes that follow are all good too. Later on in the CD I think your mixing takes a bit of a dive. I think you mix far better with the hard trance that you play initially than what you do the hardstyle that you move into later. Sometimes the mixes would sound better if you left it a bit later with the hardstyle - the mix out of Brain Ovulation sounds pretty bad because you try it a bit too early, and it sounds a little clumsy - as does the mix into Analogic Disturbance. You also kind of lose the structure that you build up really well intitially towards the end.

All in all I had a general feeling that you could have done better, which I mean as a compliment - in regards to beatmatching and cueing, you are extremely talented, and with just a tiny bit more structured mixing you will sound really awesome - you're nearly there, this CD is pretty good and please don't think i'm saying it's not, I just think you're capable of a really good CD

Cheers for the feedback so far, im glad you enjoyed it so much EDK an Carl.

Also thank you si, for the feedback, i knew youd be a hard one to please. id just like to say that i think the intro was good, created atmosphere and helped the set take off, i think its down to taste.
And as for the mixes, out of Brain Ovulation, and Anologic, i planned them to go like that, i was trying to do something different and i actually think i did ok. But i know what you mean, i did notice that the mixes were a lot better early on, with the hard trance.

Glad you enjoyed tho mate. ;)

thats ok mate, if i didnt think it was that good a wouldnt have said plus i did like the intro ! i am not hardstyles biggest fan, and i prefer the ht at the begining. I see what voorheez meant, but i didnt see this as a problem ! and if as he says you can do better, make sure i get a copy of the cd !!! hardsyle can get to dirty and turn in to gabba, you avoided this, my option get this cd mastersted, and get it out to the world and his dog, people need to hear you mate

Got mine this morning and its niiiiiice mate. Didnt have time to listen to all of it, but I flicked through and all the mixes seemed tight. I thought the mix into Kicks and Bass was unusual, but it was tight enough to work, had a unique sound to it. Youve definitely stamped your own style on this CD, it really works, but the only question i would ask is track 12 seems to be misplaced, as the bassline isnt as strong as the rest. Overall though very good mate
