whats happened to the serious dark trance they use to produce? i aint herd none for a long time

records like schwarze puppen, klinsch tot, S.O.D - state control!! etc

used to love these tunes when they came on in a club, looking at the person next to you both pulling a sick face stoming ya tits off!!!!

i think this sort of stuff was at its best at around autumn last year when tunes like ahllucination generation, atlantic wave and others shone thru.

I wouldn't really say that State Control was that dark, more melodic than anything...Stormtrooper on the other hard is a dark soul swimming in the mists or Dusky downs, swapped it last week tho....

Its quite sad....I used to :love: my trance more than anything, then I noticed that the standard of releases was slipping and nothing was grabbing my attention. Started about the same time hardstyle came on the scene? There's still not many solid releases out now compared to say 2yrs ago. Something good has come out of it though- Im now a techno head and wouldn't change it for nething!
