    Default Mr Oizo....

    Class.

Anyone know much about him - or ever seen him play?

Filthy rude bass, mental mad glitched up music.

Second album is one of the strangest things I've heard in ages.

A bit too off the wall for me sometimes, but he's come up with the goods a few times. Some quality tracks, and real attention to bass and glitchiness.
Something a bit different, which is always nice!

He did so much more than flat beat. Flat beat was the tamest track on the album by a long way.

Still rocks though. Always gets a smile....

M-Seq is one of the rudest tracks known to man.

Analog Worms Attack is teh wicked.

I like to imagine a tiny little frenchman sat in front of a behemoth modular synth festooned with millions of twinkling LEDs, outputting some of the most horrendously filthy noises known to man.

that's pretty much what he does, read an interview with him in future music years ago after flat beat took off, he's made some great music

I used to give Nazi's a flogging. Top producer - i'm tipping he doesn't get out much.

    I love Oizo stuff.
Used to play a fair bit if it.
Works really well on a Rig, nice and simple, big sounds, clever arrangments.
    Great stuff.
    Solitary by nature.
    Isolation is the gift.
Does anyone have courage to stand apart any more?

That's his latest 12, which went straight into the basket.
I also love the retro feel to 'Moustache (half a scissor)' & Nazis is great.
