we're alll going through change i reckon - we're all moving on. fair play.. let's keep going. loads of ppl will move different ways and go in different directions but at the end of the day we're all into music and we all deserve respect for that. let's keep searching - that's what's exciting
if we all liked the same thing, and we all went the same way with our musical tastes, things would become pretty dull i reckon. its all about individuality too imo, thats what keeps things exciting :)

Well from this thread & Marks set on Saturday, I have gone out & bought the said DJ Zany tune from GT. Thats the sort of thing im after, something different & a cross over between hardstyle & hard trance. I'm hoping the next time I hear you play Mark you can educate me further.

mark eg and m-zone have ALWAYS had their different approach to trance/hardstyle music.

they're both the best, they just do things differently.

THROW IT ALL INTO THE POT!!! It always imo gives u the most exciting outcome wether it tastes shite or amazing....

i think its gonna come down to the djs who can collect tracks that allow them to cross many genres in a set personally!

In one style (apart from club trance right now imo) can u find enough varied tracks and quality tracks at that to play in a set, u just cant!!!

    For me its

TRANCE 2 HARDTRANCE 2 BITS OF TECH 2 HARDSTYLE 2 HARD TECH

With bits of tribally party tech like LARS KLEIN AND MAX WALDER in there....

this is like the debate of house-heads. Some prefer the (in my opinion) boring progressive side, whereas the others prefer the more funky stuff. I suppose it depends how much you love yourself and how cool you think you are. No offence M-zone, but i really do find some of your sets boring, bring back the uplifting breakdowns!!!!!
