Yeah man, i kinda gotta disagree.

This time last year i would ave agreed... but this year imo has seen the uk scene take huge steps to make the same grade as the euro scene, its not quite there yet imo, dont get me wrong. But credit where credit is due.......

Whoever thought a tune like transynergy would come out of the uk... come on... this imo is one of the break thru tunes that is gonna see the uk scene get noticed... make others realise its not the wishy washy scene that it once was... Marcos, digital pressure, jon the baptist... ave all came on leaps and bounds, and i can honestly say that "Even horizon" and "transynergy" have been up there with the best of the european hard trance.

German stuff is at a stand still at the mo, if u ask me... im not unrealistic in thinkin that we are not too far off achieveing the same kinda sound with our own touch.

A lot of the most foul sounding cheese has come out of germany and italy imo... so we cant really condemn our own scene when really at this present time, no one is really doing better!!!!

Some of the tunes coming out of the likes of suntec and nukleuz black have really pissed me off, its really souless, tunes by numbers gash...

ie the zombie nation tune and the organ doners one vs dj destiny one...

Altough i think its not without its faults the uk scene, i think we gotta start giving it more credit, as really imo it has done so well this year and the foreign stuff is just not performing...

no one was more hurt when listening to the likes of scot project "R&S", the new SHOKK one... and the likes of the organ doners one than me...

But i think in general, the whole thing need to be shaken up!!!

i liked mind controller  anyway...

ok, i see what you're saying. the 'wishyness' ie swirliness of uk trance has got less and less recently and we've seen a toughening up of the sound. the recent alphamagic releases have got much much better than they were. but still that uk melody is there. and with jon - he still puts melody into his tracks. don't get me wrong i love this sound but there's no-one(or very few ppl) producing solid uk hardstyle at the mo. that was my point to SYS and i stick by it.

If we go on to hardstyle, then german and italians cant be touched.... Just now... but even they at the mo ave managed to pigeon hole themselves with sounds and techniques that very few have managed to break out of???? ie Technoboy... Agree? Disagree.

With hardtrance, this year. The uk ave almost stepped them , step for step!

why isnt this constructive?, voicing my opinion...

my cussing of mindcontroller was not dissimilar to your overall cuss of UK trance....

I recently have been buying a lot more hard stuff and getting into my harder sound...purchasing i.e Blutonium Boy - Hardstyle Instructor, DJ Slideout - Reflections and a few other bits...

I beggining to respect the well made hardstyle and giving more than a disgusted once over on germantrance, but tracks like the ones on this label are the ones that make me go back to my original view of hating any hardstyle...

I'm all up for good, slightly melodic hardstyle, thats well produced and respectful, but as Paul mentioned earlier there is too much gash out there and it's ruining it for all of us...

See my point, or am I still being the disruptive, uncaring cunt that corbzy is?

right... this is silly. i WASNT dissing UK trance - never had and never will. i described it as wishy washy cause i was trying to visually descibe a difference in the sound. wishy washy as in the 'sound' - not that UK trance is crap. i perhaps said the wishy washy thing wrong and i apologised - it's a simple mistake you can make on the internet. i love it, i play it and i respect it. and i think i've said that repeatedly if you read the whole thing back again, you'll see that.

    anyway

    grrr///....

i'll agree that recently the UK guys have shat all over the german hard trance guys. BUT nothing beats German hard trance for me. nothing. i love this sound. still the UK hard trance sound is not quite there. it really isn't.

anyway PLEASEEEEEE let's get back on track here... we're talking about UK hardstyle producers. why isn't there any of them? if you wanna talk about the rest of this, please start a new topic!

I am gonna personally gonna start making the most brutal ****in head **** hardstyle u ave ever heard....

    Lmfao.

Yeah man... back on track. But we all brung up hard trance, lets not forget that?

Hardstyle is so under represented in the uk... that is also pissin me clean off.... as a lot of the uk hard trance producers have managed to make there sound so clean and hard, yet none of them stray to hardstyle???

    Why is that!!!

Why does no one represent hardstyle in the uk?

Force 9 track personally is the only one that comes close?
