Oh gosh a revelation which will shock the people who believe this is a good way of getting a serious labelcontract, but the majority of labels think alike. Its like bying a new car which already everybody has driven, if you catch my drift [hope i don't offend anybody, which is not my goal, just a tip for people trying to get a deal]
C : Anybody really serious will take the effort of sending a democd with new uheared material, you know where to send it.

I agree with what you are say SYS. This post and your further explanations kinda shed a new light on the matter. Nice one.

I run a hardstyle night in Leeds. Would you email me your DJ/artist roster. cypher.rave@ntlworld.com

Really no one can come back on that one, cause there is no one really at the level to make a mark, other than force 9...

but plans are there.... arent they jay? jon?

Serious lack of support in the uk scene.... anyone who is in the posistion to make an impact... stick ur head out on the line... and go for the filthiest sound possible. ie BASS Drum... BY MOTOROSI...........

Corbzy pointed out that this year the uk hard trance producers have pissed all over the germans. I agree to a certain point and I think that the uk sound is defo changing for the better, but imo will never be better than the germans.....Anyway my point being if its taken this long for them to catch up on the hard trance scene then surely its gunna be a while before you do start seeing some uk hardstyle producers making tunes that will challenge the foriengers?!?

I mean 'Mindcontroller' what were you thinking????

Uhm well this will prolly come as a shock to you, but i was actually thinking i was trying to create a good track [and sales have proven i was right]
This is not meant as a bigheaded post [explanation before somebody jumps to conclusions once again] , but as far as disrespectfull i believe this was a rude one, mainly because it was based on your personal opinion [which is fine because it is yours only the way you bring it is not really the way to go imo.

Also i am still searching for the stuff we do on Sys-X because that is our style, which we actually like and i don't really care what others think of it, but since a lot of you really seem to enjoy the german stuff i can let you know we are very succesfull in that country [funny thing is that the mindcontroller thing was our biggest one there]

I don't say that this proves anything, but maybe it only shows that there are other people out there who are more into this sound than the uk whishy washy [as mark put it] , because [i hope i won't get problems with this] for what i hear from my collegues out of the scene outside the UK, they really are not to keen on the UK sound in generall

This is not my personal opinion, because i believe that every country has good and bad music.
I am merely pointing out what could just be a different kind of taste.
All i know is that our label is doing extremely well, and i really have no intention of changing the sound into the taste of whatever forum i stumble into.

No sorry mate, i read ur earlier posts without reading the last one u made...

i also got the impression u were being a tad cheeky... when posting originally...

It means, that i thought u were being overconfident with the labels status when coming on and wat i thought was taking the piss out of the uk scene and its producers.

No, this has never been my intention.
I was just trying to find out if i could find UK people here who actually make the stuff we release on our label, just BECAUSE i have learned so much from the time i performed hundreds of times in the UK and scotland when i was better known as Ruffneck.

What people here don't seem to realize is that i could not take the piss with the UK DJ's and producers, because i would insult many friends then [ if i want to take the mickey out of them, i do that in private]

Most recently i have played in the UK with one of my oldest friends M-zone and I also chat with him regurlaly by phone about your scene and others and how could i face him if he would read my posts here then.
He surely would not let me in his house anymore if i did so i hope you don't get me wrong.

the net is a place where people can be misunderstood very easy, especially if non UK people start to talk in english which is not there mother language [remember i am dutch]

To take you up for amother challenge, try to type a conversation as what i just did to me in dutch and see if you can express yourself the way you want it ;)

Yeah sorry Mr SYS, I was just looking out for the UK producers [it is more to my taste than your style of music] my comments were harsh [I apologise]...you'll have to realise that I'm quite an arrogant person [ask the other members  ]

It's just a forum, for debating and that, it won't go any further... ;)

Come on guys we should of been a bit more respectful to SYS. How many other labels have come on here and asked for people to send in demo's!

It's hard for me to find the time to get on here, let a lone if was running several record labels in another country!

Were supposed to have a reputation on this forum for being friendly and sound... so let's not tarnish that reputation through jumping on someones words so quickly... were all better than that... arn't we?

Apologies accepted , no harm done

No probs, in this way we might actually begin to understand each others opinions and taste, while at the same time respect that which is clearly a completely other way of experiencing things as well as the music involved with it belonging to a certain group or person [wow - this one could actaully been have taken out of a science documentary, but hey thats the way my mind is working ]

And to the one called sean.demaine hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha    what a great attempt, but either way your dutch is kind of shabby or your online translator sucks bigtime !

Anyway, i had a good laugh trying to understand what the hell it is actaully you are trying to tell me and i surely respect the effort.well done

Mijn aap is wijs, als hij appel met Kerstmis eet terwijl dragen van zijn moeders favoriete jas. Becareful, als de wolf een vuurwapen heeft.

And this will make "no sense"...

Translation of his latest dutch attempt for those who don't understand any of this :

My monkey is wise, when he eats appels at christmas day while carrying his mothers favourite coat.
Be careful when the wolf has a gun.

100 % correct translation from a dutch geezer knowing some english. ;)

Conclusion : This bloke is either completely mad or full of joy - it's all good
