    word is that FIFA have said they aren't gonna get involved in the saga and have advised that the issue should be referred to the Court of Arbitration for Sport...

    reports in the tabloids suggest that Tevez's move to United could finally go through if Joorabchian pays a fee to the Hammers, allowing him to deal solely with United and placate the Premier League...

    apparently Joorabchian's MSI group served a writ on the Hammers last week to release the player's registration, and are totally confident that any court ruling will go their way...
