    i need something like this sorted out so its understandable over all the paddy sounds

    have you tried 'steinberg denoiser?

    ive used it to clean up very crackerly vocals b4.

    Noise reduction/removal tool.

    There's one that comes free with audacity. Your end result sounds weird, but you can get away with it in the mix sometimes...
