nothing wrong with the server at all.
if you want to see the website you can use safari with http://66.49.248.40 (notice the http://)

if you want to upload a file to the FTP Server you'll need an ftp program such as cyberduck (which is free for mac's)

ftp://hardsignal:guest@66.49.248.40/var/www/html/ (notice the ftp://)

you can put this link into any FTP program and it will allow you to have access to the server to upload your sets.
