They go under the name Frequency 7. If you do a search on this site you should find a set posted up by Sims or someone from Split Radio. It's a combo of lap top and decks, with Surgeon on laptop and Sims on the decks.

If you find the post by Sims there is / was a set to download, and if you go to the Split Radio website, one of the shows a while back had a set from them half way through the show. The show is still there for download.

I'll see if I can link you up. Hang tight...

No mate, Alex from Covert Records in Brighton. Well, ex-Covert Records as the shop closed down last month. I did wonder if it was Alex from 4Play when he first joined the Split Show! :)

I haven't heard any Frequency 7 stuff since this mix on the Split show, but to be honest I thought it was a bit ropey.
It gets quite messy at times, and I was expecting something amazing from them seeing as they're both top draw on their own.
I was surprised as I've never heard either of them put a beat out of place before.

I'll give that Florida 135 full set a whirl, see what the whole thing is like.

TBH, I didn't think the set on Split was all that. The demo that was available on Surgeos site however was utterly superb! :)

    Ah! Glad to hear it.

It's not on his site anymore, I don't suppose that's the same one posted above by basslinejunkie, the one in Dublin?
